In this prestigious residence in the heart of Alba, our role was to provide
technical and construction support to translate the client's vision into reality. The intervention redefined the spaces of the house, overcoming the division between kitchen and living room to create a single, convivial environment. Our focus was on
the perfect execution of the construction and plant works, creating the impeccable foundation on which the property was able to graft its personal choices of furniture and designer finishes.

The renovation optimised the internal distribution to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. The most significant transformation involved the living area: the old kitchen was removed to be fully integrated into the living room, resulting in a unified and cohesive space. Both bathrooms underwent a complete refurbishment. Our intervention included the redefinition of the interiors through the modification of partition walls and the relocation of doorways to improve overall comfort.
Every phase, from demolition to the management of systems, was executed to the highest standards, ensuring a solid and durable base for the finishes selected by the client.
