This project redefines the boundaries of an existing residence, transforming it through a smart expansion that creates a new dialogue between interior spaces and the landscape. The intervention does not merely add volume; it introduces a new architecture of well-being, where light, accessibility, and bioclimatic sustainability become the primary pillars of contemporary living.

The expansion was conceived as a multi-functional and technologically advanced extension, seamlessly integrated across multiple levels.
The new expansion includes a convenient garage on the basement level and a portico on the ground floor, topped by a panoramic terrace.
Along the south and west elevations, a bioclimatic solar greenhouse has been constructed. This glazed structure is more than just a design element; it is a passive solar feature that captures energy, helping to heat the home during winter months and significantly reducing energy costs.
The two existing porticos were enclosed with elegant glazing, transforming them into bright verandas. These new environments, usable all year round, remove the separation between indoors and outdoors, creating genuine "winter gardens" that enhance the home's liveability.
