The project was conceived to integrate harmoniously with nature, preserving existing vegetation and mitigating the visual impact of the structure thanks to splendid green roofs. Energy excellence in Class A4 is the result of design and construction choices aimed at guaranteeing the highest standards of comfort, durability, and insulation.
The solid reinforced concrete load-bearing structure is encased in a highly efficient thermal envelope. The external infill walls are made of double-skin brickwork with a powerful insulating layer, ensuring an ideal internal temperature in every season. The green roof covering not only favours landscape integration but also actively contributes to thermal and acoustic insulation.
High-performance PVC window frames, fitted with double glazing, ensure perfect insulation. For optimal control of light and privacy, every window is equipped with adjustable roller shutters and practical fly screens, which improve the liveability of the spaces.
