Renovation and reconstruction of three buildings for artisanal use

The intervention includes significant urbanisation works, such as the provision of land for public parking along the provincial road and the creation of a new rear access via the existing roundabout. These measures are designed to minimise the project's impact on traffic and ensure road safety.

The project covers a total area of approximately 7,300 sqm, with buildings reaching a maximum height of 10 metres and a flexible internal layout suitable for various light industrial activities. Each unit is equipped with private access from the provincial road and a service passage for heavy vehicle access.

From an architectural perspective, the new constructions feature curtain walling with metal cladding and full-height glazing, characterised by three distinctive colours for each unit to ensure a harmonious integration with the surrounding context. The units are designed with an open-plan layout to guarantee maximum flexibility in internal organisation, while maintaining a uniform distribution across all buildings. This intervention aims to transform the area by adding a modern, functional space ready to host various businesses within a renewed urban setting.
