The challenge for the dealership in La Spezia was a complete reconversion: transforming an anonymous industrial block into a modern, high-performance dealership.

    The intervention created a cutting-edge headquarters from a pre-existing volume. The large, empty space was redefined with a completely new layout, featuring distinct yet communicating areas:

    • A new fully equipped workshop with annexed offices.
    • A new showroom exceeding 1,000 sqm.
    • Dedicated offices for the sales team.
    • A new public entrance featuring a modern glass storefront.

    The most striking transformation occurred on the main elevation. Industrial closures were replaced by expansive continuous glazing (curtain walls), which not only floods the showroom with natural light but also communicates a clear image of transparency. In addition to the construction works, the intervention included the construction of all the new systems, ensuring the dealership is not only modern in appearance but also fully compliant with current safety and comfort standards.
