The objective for the dealership in Nichelino was to optimise the available space to improve efficiency and the customer experience within an existing building of a unique and distinctive shape. A complex layout was transformed into a clear and functional environment, where each area has its own precise identity. At the heart of the project is the showroom. Set within a double-height exhibition environment, this open and bright space offers exceptional visibility, showcasing the vehicles on display to their full potential.
A complete reconfiguration of the ground floor was undertaken, starting with the demolition of existing office walls to make way for modern, glass-partitioned offices and welcoming reception areas. This layout defines clear and intuitive pathways, ensuring a smoother experience from the moment of entry.
The dealership’s efficiency is further supported by a fully functional basement level. In addition to a large parking area, a new and strategic storage and vehicle holding area was created, which is essential for internal logistics and support activities.
