Based on a project by an external technical studio, the intervention involved the redevelopment of the outdoor area and the extension of a restaurant in La Morra, completed within an exceptionally tight timeframe.

The previous asphalted yard was transformed into a new garden with tall trees and a timber-paved outdoor seating area (dehors). A new car park was created, positioned on a reinforced earth structure above the existing retaining wall and screened by a green barrier to ensure privacy.

    The restaurant hall was expanded through excavations, the construction of new reinforced concrete structures, and the installation of glass walls. The timber roof with a clay tile covering was built in perfect harmony with the existing building, as was the new roof of the warehouse, which has been repurposed to house restrooms and a cloakroom.

    The project also included the construction of an internal staircase to connect the dining rooms to the cellar. Every phase, from excavation to roof installation, was completed with great efficiency, ensuring both quality and adherence to the agreed schedule.
