Maintenance and energy retrofitting of a building in La Morra

The works involved the renovation and remediation of the kitchen, including the construction of a ventilated crawl space; the creation of new bathrooms and hallways to optimise the use of internal spaces; the replacement of plumbing and electrical systems in the affected areas; and the energy qualification of the complex. This included the refurbishment of the heating system, the insulation of the kitchen, and the replacement of several window frames, all while respecting the original features.

Furthermore, previously bricked-up windows, visible from the exterior, were reinstated without altering the historic and traditional aspects of the building. The intervention improved both the functionality and energy efficiency of the structure, preserving its architectural value.
