The new residential complex is located in Alba and has a covered area of approximately 2200 m2. The project includes: the demolition of existing buildings; excavations for the construction of garages, cellars, and underground rooms; and the construction of retaining walls to optimally accommodate the area.

    The construction system chosen guarantees high standards of resistance, insulation and comfort. The load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete, with floors and a solid jet roof. An adequate insulation package has been integrated to ensure thermal insulation, especially towards unheated areas. The thermolacterium perimeter walls were coated with a coat system for superior energy efficiency. The partition walls between the units offer high hearing protection, contributing to the overall housing quality.

    Each housing unit is equipped with autonomous systems, with high-level interior finishes, to offer a building at the forefront in terms of energy performance and living comfort.
