The
“Residenza Verde” residential complex consists of
three storeys above ground, dedicated to residential use, and a basement floor housing garages, storage cellars, and a centralised plant room. The project was realised following
low environmental impact criteria, with a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure and external walls with a 'cappotto' insulation system for efficient thermal and acoustic insulation.

Each residential floor houses four units of approximately 100 sqm each, comprising a living-kitchen area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The apartments are equipped with electrical and plumbing systems fully compliant with regulations, with appropriate connections to the existing municipal network.
Finishes include double-glazed PVC window frames, interlocking paving stones for the walkways, and balconies with painted iron railings. The outdoor area has been arranged as greenery, respecting the environmental context.
