    Each building includes a unit on the ground floor with a private garden and a unit on the first and top floor with a large attic. The residences, of various sizes and surfaces, were designed to satisfy every type of housing need.

    Each unit is equipped with underfloor heating powered by heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, and external insulation to guarantee energy efficiency and maximum living comfort.
