With the restoration and renovation of this historic building, located in the heart of Cherasco along Via Vittorio Emanuele, our objective was to preserve the original appearance of the structure. We meticulously reinstated the typical features of the construction period while respecting the use of traditional materials. The main facade has been returned to its original configuration, removing modern additions such as "fake" exposed brickwork and reverting to decorated plaster with the traditional rustication (bugne) typical of Piedmontese town palaces.

The internal spaces have been completely redistributed, making full use of the existing volumes. The ground floor houses six commercial units facing the porticos of Via Vittorio Emanuele, while the upper floors have been dedicated to six residential units, some of which are located within the building wing overlooking the internal courtyard. This courtyard has been transformed into a covered commercial gallery, preserving traces of the original openings.

Regarding the roofing, the intervention included the replacement of degraded structures with new constructions that strictly adhere to the architectural language of the main building. The structure was also reinforced where necessary to ensure long-term stability and durability.

Finally, we improved accessibility with the installation of a new lift shaft and enhanced the outdoor spaces, creating a residential and commercial complex that integrates harmoniously into Cherasco’s urban fabric.
