The renovation project aimed to restore the building while preserving its historic character, but adapting it to current energy and sanitation regulations. Interior changes and a modest expansion were made to improve living functionality, including a new room, a fitness area, and an additional living room. The roof has been completely redone, restoring the original wooden structure with Piedmontese tiles. A photovoltaic system was also installed to improve energy efficiency.

An underground garage and outdoor parking spaces were created to meet parking requirements, while a pool with natural-colored cladding was added upstream of the building. The outdoor accommodations were designed so that the private garden blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, creating several livable and exploitable areas.

The exterior paintwork and historical decorations have been carefully restored, maintaining local typological features.
