This new winery was established within the viticultural landscape, respecting and integrating industrial architecture with local territorial protection. The design challenge was met by exploiting the natural slope of the hill to conceal a large part of the production volumes below ground level, thus minimising the visual impact.

The final development is spread across three functional levels: the basement floor is dedicated to the drying and ageing of wines; the ground floor houses the crushing area and offices; while the first floor hosts a panoramic tasting room with a large terrace overlooking the vineyards.
The construction site was expertly managed, successfully completing a complex perimeter piling system to stabilise the structure within the hilly terrain.
The building excels in sustainability and energy-saving standards thanks to an integrated photovoltaic system. Climatic comfort is guaranteed by an air system with humidity control, while landscape integration is enhanced by a green roof and the arrangement of extensive planted areas.
